1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return

If approved:

Please note that payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 1-2 Days of delivery

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery
  • Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full/partial refund, depending on the situation

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if specified)

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be

  • Covered by us (in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items), OR
  • Borne by the customer (for all other returns)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible
